The EI&C Supervisor is responsible for carrying out maintenance and repair work for the plant's I&C equipment
in accordance with standard procedures. Ensure that tasks are performed, ensuring quality and in a timely and
technically correct manner. Assist the maintenance manager and guide electrical maintenance and I&C
technicians in diagnosing and resolving problems.

The position is based in Cosoleacaque, Veracruz.


Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, he is responsible for carrying out/supervising maintenance
(preventive/predictive) and repair (corrective) work on the electrical and I&C equipment of the Plant, following
established procedures and/or advice received, ensuring that the tasks are executed in a timely manner, with
quality and technically correct method to achieve maximum performance and availability of the Plant, assisting
the Maintenance Manager in all aspects related to the planning and execution of Maintenance, advising the
Electrical and I&C Specialists.

All this prioritizing the Safety of people and equipment through compliance with established Plant standards and
procedures and the protection of the MA.

The most important tasks include:
• Acting in the event of an emergency as a member of the intervention team and/or support team, or acting
as substitutes for other emergency team appointments, as defined in the PEI.
• Responsible for preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical and I&C equipment in accordance
with the maintenance plan.
• Supervise and manage electrical tasks contracted to external companies.
• Carrying out certain insulation and electrical standardizations determined in the Work Permit procedure.
• Participate in maintenance meetings to resolve breakdowns.
• Prepare repair and/or technical reports of various kinds and collaborate in the analysis and investigation
of incidents.
• Support your direct managers in the preparation of Procedures and Technical Instructions, Shutdown
planning, maintenance plans, etc., proposing, if possible, improvements therein.
• Use the computerized Plant Management System (BFS) to create Shortage Notifications, work orders,
material requests, etc., also performing the tasks of the person in charge when his or her replacement
is designated.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required for a highly matrix organization.

and fast paced environment in consideration of time sensitive deadlines.

• Genuine commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• At least 3 years in a similar position.
• Knowledge and interpretation of electrical diagrams.
• Advanced knowledge of industrial instrumentation and calibration.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Proficiency in English.


This position reports hierarchically to the Maintenance Manager.
