Finance Intern

Responsabilités

• Vérification et comptabilisation des factures fournisseurs dans le respect de la procédure Procure to Pay.
• Saisie journalière des mouvements bancaires dans le progiciel SAP.Analyse hebdomadaire du compte « fournisseurs, factures non parvenues ».
• Saisie des opérations de caisse dans le progiciel SAP.
• Préparation des déclarations fiscales et sociales périodiques 0 soumettre en validation au Département Fiscal et au Finance Manager.
• Préparation des analyses de comptes et états de rapprochements bancaires mensuels et suivi des suspens.
• Réalisation des clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles.
• Participer à l’élaboration des Etats Financiers des comptes locaux (SYSCOA et SAP)
• Participer à l’élaboration du budget et des rapports mensuels, trimestriels et annuels
• Veiller au strict respect des procédures comptables et aux politiques et manuels du Groupe en la matière.
• Réconciliation des comptes Bilan / Comptes de Résultat et préparation de la documentation pour les audits internes / externes.
• Être en relation avec les autres collègues du groupe pour les questions relevant de sa responsabilité.
• Collaborer avec le fisc, les auditeurs etc.
• Toute autre tâche confiée par la hiérarchie.

• Qualifications and Experience:

  Bachelor's degree in Accounting. CPA is a plus.

  Strong technical accounting background.

  Experience in general ledger accounting experience is required

  Strong Excel and database skills, Access experience preferred

  Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  Strong organizational skills

  Team player and have ability to work independently

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization
