Coordinating support activities and supervising the work of subcontractors and in-house services to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Company and its facilities.
- Manage and ensure compliance of all in-house and outsourced admin services;
- Prepare and maintain necessary documentation and contracts to ensure timely procurement and effective delivery of services (transportation, cleaning, maintenance, security, building and facility upkeep, etc.);
- Supervise the transport department, including vehicle rental, maintenance schedules, route coordination, fuel control, driver shifts, reporting, training, and compliance;
- Organize insurance, property tax, and technical inspection processed for Company vehicles;
- Handle documentation for utility services (energy, gas, water, waste);
- Conduct market analysis, prepare budgets, and ensure timely procurement of services and supplies;
- Prepare technical specifications and cost estimates (BoQs) in full compliance with corporate and legal requirements;
- Monitor security services, conduct site visits, and report contractor issues to management;
- Manage the staff, organize drivers’ duty schedules, ensure proper execution of transport requests, and provide performance evaluation.Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities and implement improvements;
- Manage contractor relationships for all outsourced services;
- Ensure the continuous development and qualification improvement of the team in accordance with legal requirements and international standards;
- Organize the work of the team, distribute functions;
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to confidentiality;
