Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the Company's computer and communication equipment, technical maintenance, and providing technical support to the Company's employees in accordance with the Company's IT policies.
Perform computer and printer setup, configuration, maintenance, and software modifications;
Identify and maintain problems in optical, wireless and wired computer networks, their nodes, and equipment at all locations, in cooperation with the Company's network team or the service company;
Prepare and provide mobile phones, perform technical maintenance according to the formats approved by the Company;
Carry out maintenance and adjustment of video surveillance systems, equipment, and their network at the Goris office, 3 HPPs, and 5 reservoirs, according to the procedure established by the Company. Cooperate with the service company if necessary;
Perform maintenance of the electronic entry/exit system, card programming, and reporting at the Goris office and 3 HPPs;
