Administrative Intern
JOB SUMMARY:
Provide support in the legal and financial area by facilitating coordination and operational tasks, contributing to the optimization of processes and the improvement of daily tasks.
The position is based in Lima, Peru
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate in the process of uploading and approving documents to the Coupa system
• Support in the management and monitoring of contracts and agreements until the final signing stage.
• Collaborate with the areas in the process of requesting the creation of POs, as well as the payment
process to suppliers, maintaining order and control thereof.
• Prepare requests for BPOs, POs and invoice approval regarding suppliers in the legal and finance area.
• Support with the creation of new suppliers and monitor the process.
• Prepare and update reports and databases, ensuring the correct organization of information.
• Collaborate in the preparation of information for reports requested by internal administration and the
corporate.
• Support in the monitoring of communications, requests and requirements from entities and authorities.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of legal and financial files, ensuring their accessibility and
updating.
• Provide support in internal and external audits, collecting and organizing the required documentation.
• Coordinate with other areas of the company for the correct implementation of legal and financial procedures.
• Participate in process improvement projects, proposing initiatives that optimize the management of the Legal and
Finance areas.
• Coordinate and follow up on documentary procedures with suppliers in the legal area.
• Perform other related or complementary functions as indicated by your immediate superior.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
- Students of the 7th cycle or more in Administration
- Experience in some of the indicated training areas is preferred. (Not essential)
- Microsoft Office (Excel - intermediate or advanced)
- Intermediate English (Required)
- Management to work under pressure.
- Desire to learn about the sector and RER generation.
- Good communication skills
- Good skills to work in high performance teams.
This position reports hierarchically to the Senior Lawyer
