Operations Controlling Intern

Job Summary

As Operations Controlling Intern, you will join our Operations team! In this role, you will report to Operation Analyst and will have the opportunity to facilitate coordination that helps control business operating parameters. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in the management and creation of forms to control KPIs.
• Collaborate in the preparation of information for monthly reports and reports requested by the corporate and sector entities.
• Support in the monitoring of communications and requests from entities in the Operations and maintenance sector.
• Support in the creation of a database of information related to the maintenance and operation of plants.
• Support the development of value-added projects to the operation of plants.
• Participate in the organization and creation of the annual budget for both KPIs and finances for operations and maintenance area.
• Percentile calculation of the resource generated and/or to be generated.
• Perform other related or complementary functions as indicated by your immediate superior.

• Comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS) policy.
• Comply with Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental standards.

Qualifications and Skills: 

Your profile is a natural match if you have:

• Students of the 7th cycle or more in Energy, Electrical, Electrical Mechanics or industrial Engineering
• Experience in some of the indicated training areas is preferred. (Not essential)
• Microsoft Office (Excel - intermediate or advanced)
•  
• Management to work under pressure.
• Desire to learn about the sector and RER generation.
• Good communication skills
• Good skills to work in high performance teams.
