The Maintenance Manager will be in charge of all maintenance activities of ContourGlobal Togo 100 MW Power Plant and will report directly to the Togo Plant Manager.
As a Maintenance Manager, you will be in charge of all maintenance activities of the Power Plant:
- Contributing to the profitability of ContourGlobal through proper planning, organizing, leading and controlling all maintenance activities of the power plant in order to achieve ContourGlobal's contractual obligation and guarantee performance ;
- Leading and training the maintenance personnel to obtain a motivated and skilled team including developing the competence of maintenance personnel through continuous training and process improvement and motivate them to achieve excellence in work performance ;
- Formulating, implementing and controlling the maintenance operating budget;
- Analyzing O&M statistical data and trends and taking proper action if needed;
- Ensuring the implementation of safety and environmental policies and programs of ContourGlobal;
- Ensure the execution of all scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance activities of all equipment (engines, engine & common auxiliaries onshore and platform equipment offshore) ;
- Supervise performance of planned and unplanned maintenance;
- Submitting a monthly maintenance report to the Plant Manager;
- Performing other jobs as may be required by the Plant Manager.
Qualifications :
- Master degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering and 10-15 years of experience including operational and management experience in engineering in the power plant business or in the oil and gas.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, technical excellence and management skills and strong planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and motivational skills. Must be able to communicate well with all levels of personnel in multiple languages.
- French and English language skills are required.
