JOB SUMMARY:
The OneStream Administrator will lead from the technical standpoint the global implementation project and the future maintenance, enhancement, and development of the OneStream platform. In this role, you'll be responsible to:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of OneStream solution to meet the business requirements.
- Collaborate with functional teams to define project requirements, establish milestones, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to project members.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and expectations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in the OneStream platform to ensure our client remains at the forefront of technological innovation.
- Post implementation, oversee the ongoing operation of the software platform and support the business in further improving and increasing usage of the platform to maximize value.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Proven track record of successfully leading OneStream implementation projects from
- inception to completion. Experience in the implementation of comparable software platforms
- will also be considered.
- Extensive experience in financial planning, consolidation, and reporting processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with
- stakeholders at all levels and across multiple geographical locations.
- A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and
- dynamic environment.
- Experience in both Planning and Consolidation implementations is preferred.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- OneStream certification
- Hands on knowledge with SAP ECC
- Experience with SQL Server/Oracle databases
- VB.NET or other object-oriented programming skills
- BPC or HFM skills
LOCATION
- Madrid but the role could be done at any of our European offices; London, Sofia, Vienna, Luxembourg, Madrid, Milan.
