Talent Attraction & Management Coordinator play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to drive the company's success. They partner with the global HR team and work closely with various departments to ensure that the talent pipeline is robust and aligned with the organization's strategic goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement specific initiatives and projects to support talent attraction strategies, including the review of common process and tools to ensure a good candidate experience
- Lead specific high level and/or global recruitment for key positions.
- Support the internal talent pipeline and ensure internal staffing process compliance
- Design and implement specific initiatives and projects to support talent management strategies, focusing on performance management system upgrade
- Work together with the Regional HR teams to support the roll out and follow up of Employee Engagement survey
- Harmonize and enhance the onboarding process across the Regions, leveraging on current best practice and partnering with Regional HR teams
- Together with HRIS team, design and implement improvements to the HR systems and on line tools to get an excellent employee experience and align workflows with the internal HR processes
- Support and foster di adoption of the Leadership Model as company’s way of working

Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 10 years’ experience as HR leader in fast paced multinational company of energy sector
- Fluent/Mother tongue in English and Spanish (Italian would be a plus)
- Master Degree in Human Science
Travel Requirements – This position will require occasional business trips.
