Senior HR Analyst

Job Summary:

As Senior HR Analyst, you will join our HR team! In this role, you will report to the HR Manager and will supports all areas of HR operations and service delivery for the operations in Bulgaria. The role actively participates and contributes to the HR community at ContourGlobal across the board. Join us to drive the right power forward and make clean energy the natural choice for all!

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  • Actively participates and supports implementation of HR policies, processes, and various HR initiatives – performance reviews, salary reviews, bonus calculations, promotions, onboarding and offboarding, engagement surveys etc.
  • Prepares labor cost budgets, labor cost forecasts, comparison with actual data and analyze differences, monitor, and follow up cost vs. budget. Prepares regularly different HR reports.
  • Organize and administer employment relationship documents - prepare and handle various types of employment related documentation - contracts of employment, supplementary agreements, termination orders, Certificates for retirement (UP) and any other type required by business need and as per the legislation. Keep personal files updated and in order.
  • Organize and support smooth monthly payroll process in compliance with negotiated terms, local laws and regulations, together with the external service provider, implement required payroll reconciliation and controls, keep data updated and precise.
  • Participate in the recruitment process in the entity in compliance with corporate processed and according to the business needs, publish job adverts, conduct interviews, work with agencies, proactively search for candidates and initiate and organize employer branding and recruitment related initiatives. Organize and participate in the onboarding of the new employees.
  • Provide HR support and consultation to the managers and employees on HR related topics, e.g. exit management, disciplinary actions, internal promotions/reappointments, return from long-term absence, etc. Implement disciplinary procedures. Administer incoming queries and provide HR information.
  • Organize employees’ trainings, according to business needs.
  • Maintain employee records and administer employee benefits in the HRM system.
  • Stay up to date on HR laws and local practices (payroll, benefits compliance, terminations, leave of absences, etc.)
  • Perform data quality checks and identify opportunities to enhance data quality in our HRM system on a continuous basis.
  • Run and consolidate HR reports, KPIs and other HR metrics.
  • Support country and global HR projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

Your profile is a natural match if you have:

  • Education: University Degree in HR or business-related discipline
  • Experience: 4+ years of HR or other relevant business experience, preferably in an international company
  • Skills: B1/B2 English; Excellent computer literacy and MS office
  • Travel requirements: upon business needs.
