BRAND, DIGITAL, AND CONTENT STRATEGY LEAD

• ContourGlobal is seeking a Brand, Digital, and Content Strategy Lead to join our agile and growing Global Communications Team.
• This role requires a passionate leader with 3-5 years of professional experience with some international exposure, preferably in the energy transition sector either in ContourGlobal or through previous experiences
• The candidate will help shape the evolution of ContourGlobal’s brand purpose and identity, oversee digital communications touchpoints, and develop a robust content strategy.
• This role also includes managing relationships with digital media platforms, influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with ContourGlobal’s corporate objectives.
• Lead digital communications initiatives, ensuring effective integration across all digital platforms and channels.
• Curate relationships with digital media outlets or influencers to enhance brand presence and engagement.
• Plan and oversee brand activations, including events, sponsorships, and digital campaigns.
• Manage content strategy development, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, mentoring and developing talent within the communications team.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in digital communications.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Native English speaker or highly proficient, with business-level proficiency in Spanish and Italian required. Knowledge of German, or other relevant languages for ContourGlobal is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience preferably with some exposure to brand strategy, digital communications, or related roles, with a focus on the energy transition or relevant sectors.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand activations, including events and sponsorships.
• Experience in curating relationships with digital media outlets and influencers.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in budget management and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in digital analytics tools and platforms to measure and report on campaign performance.
• Ability to thrive in a global, multicultural environment, with experience working across geographies.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving change in digital communications.
