HSE Specialist Junior
Job Summary:
We are looking for an HSE specialist junior, who will also fill the role of ASPP, to support the activities of the HSE team in our PV plants, and will also have the opportunity to manage targeted projects for the business.

Key Responsibilities:
The person, reporting directly to the HSE Manager:
- Will be involved in all activities aimed at identifying and preventing risks to workers and in all activities aimed at preventing environmental damage;
- Will be involved in updating and maintaining documentation related to company safety and environmental management systems, defining and managing corrective and preventive actions resulting from audits;
- Will be involved in spreading the culture and awareness of safety and environmental issues in the company, motivating staff to follow and continuously improve company standards;
- Will participate in both internal and third-party audits aimed at monitoring the implementation of relevant HSE procedures and instructions;
- Will fill the role of ASPP ex D. Lgs. 81/08.
Qualifications and Skills:
Your profile is a natural match if you have:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree with a technical or engineering focus.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in the application of the mandatory requirements ex D. Lgs 81/08 and D.Lgs 152/06. Have held the role of ASPP for at least 2 years.
- Skills:
- Ability to relate with a collaborative approach with the HSE team and all company functions, knowing how to diversify communication according to the interlocutor.
- Willingness to travel frequently throughout the country.

- Fluent in English (possibly certified by an accredited institution)
- Preferrable Knowledge/experience
- At least 2 years of experience in implementation and certification projects for UNI ISO 45001:2018 and UNI ISO 14001:2015 standards.
- Travel Requirements – This position will require occasional business trips.
