Technical Asset Manager
in Milan/Hybrid
Job Summary
As Technical Asset Manager, you will join our Operations team! In this role, you will report to O&M Portfolio Plant Manager and will have the opportunity to join a young and collaborative team. You will have the opportunity to ensure the optimal technical and operational performance of our portfolio of PV assets and future technologies like BESS / Wind coordinating stakeholders, monitoring KPIs, and contributing to the efficient and compliant management of renewable energy plants. Key Responsibilities:
Asset Management:
- Management of relations with the energy services manager (GSE);
- Management of relations with the grid operators and Terna via the Gaudì portal;
- Management of relations with customs agencies (utf) including supervision of consumption declarations;
- Calculation and practical editing of “Arera” contribution, according to local resolutions, annual investigations and undbundling;
- Management of PPA contracts with the trader for the sale of immediate energy, monitoring and invoice of monthly fees;
- KPIs tracking
- Site visiting when necessary
- Weekly and monthly reporting performance of the PV plants portfolio;
- Assistance and support on the integration and acquisition of new plants.
- Cost control and budget management
- Facilitate Suppliers onboarding in collaboration with Procurement.
Field collaboration:
- Coordinate with maintenance team field activities and enforce various contracts
- Prepare the annual maintenance plan;
- Be the primary reference person for the plants both internally and externally;
- Ensure response to emergencies in a timely manner;
- Spare parts management and tracking;
- During any development stage, perform estimations and support the due diligence team;
- Collect, analyze and format the relevant operating data on the organization and the external parties and / or authorities; maintain records;
- Active direct and remote monitoring of the plants;
- Keep H&S standards and help the team to ensure 0 incidents.
Qualifications and Skills:
Your profile is a natural match if you have:
- Education: University degree in technical/ scientific area or high school Diploma in technical/scientific area
- Experience:
- Knowledge of electrical matters;
- Knowing how to carry out technical activities
- Being able to carry out administrative activities
- Skills:
- Any program language is welcome;
- Power Bi or AI skill will be a plus;
- English business proficiency is required
- Travel requirements: The job require travel up to 25% nationally.
