JOB SUMMARY:

The Chief of Staff is responsible for supporting the President of America in guiding the organization’s day to day with a blend of sharp leadership and keen problem-solving to strategically making decisions.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The main responsibilities to support the business success are:

 

  • Teaming up with top-tier executives to organize and prioritize strategic business activities / projects.
  • Guiding department heads with expert advice to enhance overall team efficiency.
  • Keeping meetings focused and planning and coordinating them effectively.
  • Setting key performance indicators to measure and improve team performance.
  • Providing hands-on support to transform ideas into reality and monitor their progress.
  • Acting on behalf of the President of Americas to answer inquiries.
  • Steering strategic business initiatives from design phase to implementation phase, including follow-up results and standardization if applicable.
  • Pinpointing and addressing core issues within business processes.
  • Presenting the chief executive and other senior leaders with detailed company operations analysis.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. Managing regional president’s priorities by working with Regional President’s direct reports
    Evaluating risk factors when making critical business decisions.
  • Completing special projects and initiatives with skillful oversight and support.
  • Leading meetings and workshops with meticulous planning and coordination.
  • Address issues that arise in a systematic way and identify areas of improvement across the organization and make actionable recommendations.

 

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

  • At least 5 years of experience in energy sector
  • Experience in Finance, Commercial and/or Operations is preferable
  • Engineering degree and MBA is preferable
  • Experience dealing with senior management and international experience
  • Communication Skills (Written and Verbal to ensure information and direction is clearly shared and understood)

This position reports hierarchically to the President of America.
