Commercial Analyst

JOB SUMMARY:

The Commercial Analyst will support to manage administrative activities related to energy contracts in Mexico.

 

The position is based in Monterrey, Nuevo León.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Back office - management of energy contracts
  • Commercial monthly reports (electricity and steam contracts)
  • Management of contractual compliance of financial guarantees
  • Projection of electricity rates and natural gas price
  • Market and regulation reports 
  • Administrative support for notifications to clients, CFE, CENACE and CRE
  • Administrative activities related with purchasing processes
  • Support to commercial project development

 

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

 

  • Engineering degree or Finance degree
  • Interest and experience in projects related to the energy sector
  • Strong analysis skills (proficiency in Excel required)
  • Desirable experience with commercial activities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish

 

This position reports hierarchically to the Sr. Commercial Analyst.
