JOB SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking an HR Analytics to help lead our global power generation company into the future. This person is responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR data, metrics, and statistics, and applying this data to make recommendations related to all human resources topics.

The position is based in Monterrey, Nuevo León.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including SuccessFactors, SAP, payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors’ practices, and other sources.
- Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Provide data-driven recommendations to HR leadership.
- Generate and distribute standard HR reports on a regular basis.
- Prepare reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
- Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
- May conduct or assist with conducting classification audits to ensure data quality is appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- May assist HR leadership with training/development activities, staffing, recruiting, and departmental budgets.
- May guide and/or assist with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes.
- Continuously improving HR reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Implement best practices and standardized reporting procedures.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a combination of HR/IT, or Business Information Systems desirable.
- 2+ years of experience in HR reporting and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly SuccessFactors, and Microsoft Office.
- Preferable knowledge in Power Bi
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills with continuous improvement mentality.
- Self-directed with an ability to organize, plan, prioritize.
- Outstanding communication skills & excellent organizational and time management.
- Advanced fluency in English is required.
- Travel availability: upon business needs
This position reports hierarchically to the Global Compensations & Benefits Director.
