JOB SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking a Global HRIS Coordinator with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors responsible for administering, maintaining, and improving the company's HRIS platform, particularly SuccessFactors. This includes ensuring data integrity, system security, and optimal functionality, as well as providing support and training to HR staff and end-users. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to understand business needs and implementing solutions to improve HR processes.
The position is based in Monterrey, Nuevo León.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
System Administration & Maintenance:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of SuccessFactors, including user access management, data security, and system upgrades.
Data Management:
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulations and company policies.
Process Improvement:
Analyze HR workflows and identify opportunities for automation, integration, and efficiency improvements using SuccessFactors.
Training & Support:
Develop and deliver training programs for HR staff and end-users to maximize SuccessFactors utilization.
Reporting & Analytics:
Provide data-driven insights to HR leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with HR team members, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and utilization of SuccessFactors.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of HRIS principles, SAP SuccessFactors modules, and related technologies.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Experience in creating and analyzing reports to identify trends and insights.
Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting:
Ability to identify and resolve issues related to SuccessFactors functionality and data.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience managing HRIS platforms, with a strong emphasis on SAP SuccessFactors.
This position reports hierarchically to the Global Compensations & Benefits Director.
