Job Summary
As HRIS Intern, you will join our Global HR team! In this role, you will report to HRIS Coordinator and will have the opportunity to support the team by assisting with the maintenance, improvements, analysis, and optimization of HR systems and employee data. This internship provides hands-on experience with HR technology, data management, reporting, process improvement, and system administration.

Key Responsibilities:
You will support your team/tutor in:
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams on HRIS projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Configure, test, and deploy changes to support system implementations, integrations and upgrades.
- Support data entry, validation, auditing, and cleanup activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Help generate standard and ad hoc reports.
- Assist with testing system updates, enhancements, and new functionality.
- Document HRIS processes, workflows, and user guides.
Qualifications and Skills:
Your profile is a natural match if you have:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent English is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail.
What drives your application forward:
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, or database concepts.
- Knowledge of HR processes including payroll, or talent management.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or other reporting tools.
