JOB SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking an Organizational & Talent Development Specialist to help lead our global power generation company into the future. This person is responsible for activities related to training and development activities to ensure the future success of the company.
The position is based in Monterrey, Nuevo León.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training needs
- Design and implement talent development programs
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops and team building sessions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Collaborate in talent review process
- Create individual development plans for employees
- Collaborate in succession planning and career pathing activities
- Manage the World Class Teams in the plants
- Support the onboarding process for new employees
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent development
- Collaborate to build the training budget in a yearly basis
- Facilitate training providers’ payments through purchase orders
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant positions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage a budget
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- English Intermediate / Advanced
- MS Office, SAP and/or Success Factors is desired
- Travel availability: upon business needs
This position reports hierarchically to the Regional Human Resources Manager
