JOB SUMMARY:
The Sr Commercial Administration Analyst will support to manage all control and administrative activities related to commercial energy in Mexico.
The position is based in Monterrey, Nuevo León.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and build relationships with off-takers to establish new contracts and manage current ones, ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions agreed in the contracts.
- Ensure that off-takers and interested parties adhere to and understand contractual obligations and also determine when processes violate regulations. They assess risks and make recommendations based on analysis of all factors affecting a business situation.
- Ensure compliance with the Company's internal policies and procedures.
- Develop and carry out any function or activity that the business or management of the company requires in the field of commercial functions.
- Commercial management of collections
- Negotiation and execution of contractual modifications.
- Commercial analysis on the electricity market, potential customers, and market competition.
- Analysis and projection of electricity rates of CFE, MEM
- Analysis and projection of natural gas prices
- Administration of financial instruments related to electricity supply contracts
- Regulatory analysis
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
- Engineering degree or Business Administration
- At least 5 years of experience in relevant position for energy sector or senior commercial position.
- Experience managing customers.
- Excellent negotiations skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
- Travel availability: upon business needs
This position reports hierarchically to the Commercial Manager.
