Job Summary
The Talent & Engagement Manager, Americas plays a key role in shaping and executing the company's talent strategy, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, engages and retains the talent required to support its business objectives and growth ambitions, focusing on the Region Americas.
Reporting directly to the Global Head of Talent & People Engagement, the role partners closely with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders across the region to implement global talent initiatives, strengthen leadership capabilities, enhance employee experience and drive continuous improvement of talent processes and systems.
This position combines strategic project leadership with hands-on execution and requires strong stakeholder management, program management and change management capabilities. Join us to drive the right power forward and make clean energy the natural choice for all!
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Staffing
Design and implement initiatives to strengthen talent attraction strategies and enhance employer branding across the region
Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools and candidate experience across the region.
Support workforce planning activities in partnership with HR Business Partners and business leaders Lead recruitment processes and ensure recruitment effectiveness through defined KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Talent Management & Succession Planning
Implement talent management initiatives that support the identification, development and retention of talent.
Support succession planning processes and talent committee cycles across the organization.
Support internal staffing and mobility.
Ensure compliance with internal talent management and staffing policies.
Partner with business leaders to strengthen organizational capability and leadership readiness.
Leadership Development & Culture
Support the implementation and adoption of the company Leadership Model across all regions.
Contribute to leadership development initiatives and talent programs.
Promote a high-performance culture aligned with company values and leadership expectations.
Support change management and communication activities related to talent initiatives.
Performance Management
Lead initiatives to enhance and continuously improve the performance management framework.
Drive adoption of performance management processes, tools and best practices in the region.
Partner with HRIS and HR teams to optimize performance management systems and workflows.
People Engagement
Partner with local HR teams to coordinate the deployment and follow-up of employee engagement surveys.
Analyze engagement results and support the development of action plans to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Track engagement metrics and provide insights to leadership teams.
Identify and leverage best practices to create a consistent and engaging employee experience.
Support the implementation and adoption of the ContourGloabal Leadership Model across the region.
Contribute to leadership development initiatives and talent programs.
Promote a high-performance culture aligned with company values and leadership expectations.
Support change management and communication activities related to talent initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience
10+ years of experience in HR in complex multinational fast/paced environement, out of which at least 5 in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development and HR Projects. Preferably experience in HR Generalist and Business Partner roles
Experience working within multinational and matrix organizations.
Proven track record managing talent initiatives.
Experience with talent review, succession planning and performance management processes.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
Master's degree or HR certification is an advantage.

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with HR technologies and talent management systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies.
Results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
Fluent in both English and Spanish. Italian is a plus
