Job Summary:
As Maintenance technician EIC, you will join our Maintenance team! In this role, you will report to the Maintenance Manager and will have the opportunity to Perform maintenance and repair work on the plant's electrical and Instrumentation & Control equipment, following procedures. Ensure that tasks are performed with quality assurance, in a timely manner, and in a technically correct manner. Assist the Electrical Maintenance Manager (I&C) in troubleshooting and diagnosing. Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
-Act in the event of an emergency as a member of the response team, as defined in the PEI.
-Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical equipment, instruments, and control systems, in accordance with the maintenance plan.
-Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment, instruments, and plant control systems that are faulty or malfunctioning.
-Supervise and manage electrical tasks contracted to external companies.
-Perform certain electrical insulation and standardization procedures as determined in the Work Permit procedure.
-Participate in maintenance work teams to resolve breakdowns.
-Prepare repair and/or technical reports of various kinds and collaborate in the analysis and investigation of incidents.
-Be part of the 5 Whys investigation teams.
-Support direct managers in the preparation of Procedures and Technical Instructions, shutdown planning, maintenance plans, etc., proposing improvements, if applicable.
-Use the Plant Management Information System (MAXIMO) to create work orders, request materials, etc., also performing tasks corresponding to their supervisor when their replacement is appointed. Ensure the correct and effective implementation of the integrated safety, health, environment, and major accident management system for the assigned group's site, based on the responsibilities indicated in the applicable procedures.
-Promote continuous improvement.
-Collaborate in the organization of the warehouse according to assigned tasks.
-Act in the event of an emergency as a member of the support team, or assume substitutions for other emergency team appointments, as defined in the Internal Emergency Plan (Self-Protection Plan).
-Ensure the correct and effective implementation of the integrated safety, health, environment, and major accident management system for the assigned group's site, based on the responsibilities indicated in the applicable procedures.

 

Qualifications and Skills: 
Your profile is a natural match if you have:
-Education: Industrial technical engineering or similar or higher vocational training with demonstrated experience.
-Experience: at least 3 years in a similar position.
-Skills: Office, outlook, Intelex, Maximo, Sharepoint, Teams.
-Travel requirements: This role does not require travel.
