As Shift Leader, you will join our Operation team! In this role, you will report to the Plant Manager and will have the opportunity to be responsible for overseeing plant operations, ensuring appropriate responses to alarms, ensuring the plant is operated safely and efficiently, responding to emergency situations, and training and supervising employees. Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Act as Intervention Manager (during normal business hours) and Emergency Manager (outside normal business hours) in the event of an emergency, or act as substitutes for other emergency team members, as defined in the PEI.
- Supervise and control the unloading of dangerous goods.
- Prepare procedures, technical operating instructions, notifications, and incident investigations.
- Responsible for authorizing and issuing work permits in accordance with procedure "PT-OM-01. Work Permits."
- Responsible for the clearance/normalization process in accordance with procedure "PT-OM-02. Isolations and Blockages (LOTO)."
- Responsible for preparing operational and statistical reports (daily reports, incident reports, etc.).
- Plan, manage, and perform preventive and predictive maintenance assigned to the operation.
- Communicate and coordinate with the Electrical Control Center on all matters related to plant operation.
- Delivering the induction course in the absence of the Occupational Health and Safety Department and providing ongoing training to new operators in plant operations.
- Ensuring the proper and effective implementation of the integrated health, safety, environment, and serious accident management system for the assigned group's site, based on the responsibilities outlined in the applicable procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
Your profile is a natural match if you have:
- Education: Engineering or Industrial Technical Engineering or higher vocational training with demonstrated experience.
- Experience: at least 3 years in a similar position.
- Skills: Office, outlook, Scada, Control systems, Intelex, Teams/English.
- Travel requirements: This role does not require travel.
