Job Summary
As Integral Operator, you will join our Operations team! In this role, you will report to Operation Director and will have the opportunity to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the plant`s equipment both in the control room and in external areas, as well as take appropriate corrective actions in accordance with defined procedures, to ensure the availability and continuous generation of the plant.. Key Responsibilities:
- Constantly monitor plant operating parameters from the control room, such as pressures, temperatures, flows, vibrations, etc.
- Execute plant start-up and shutdown procedures as required and respond to alarms that arise during plant operation, taking appropriate corrective actions.
- Report abnormal conditions to the Operations Director and take corrective action within the scope of operating procedures.
- Approves and issues equipment safety labels (LOTOTO), as required.
- Perform routine water analysis, inspect and control operating equipment and report the status of the plant; and manage environmental monitoring equipment.
- Receive and respond to orders and requests for dispatch and redispatch of energy and fuel.
- Perform BOP equipment testing in accordance with procedures.
- Give the order to evacuate personnel in the event of an unsafe or emergency situation in the plant.
Qualifications and Skills:
Your profile is a natural match if you have:
- Professional in industrial, electrical, mechanical, chemical, electronic engineering.
- Five (5) years of experience in operation or maintenance in power plants.
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of combustion turbines, boilers and steam turbines operation, industrial safety, hazardous waste and plant parameters records.
- Knowledge of electric and isometric plans.
- Chemical water control, water condition analysis, water treatment operations and chemical management.
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of safety, health, environment and quality programs.
