IT Support Specialist

[Sofia, Bulgaria]

Job Summary:

As IT Support Specialist, you will join our Global IT Support team, reporting to the Global IT Service Delivery Manager within the IT function. In this role, you will provide onsite support for the Sofia office and first-line remote support for employees worldwide, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of our IT environment. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and supporting Microsoft 365 services in a cloudfirst, hybrid IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite end-user support for employees at the Sofia office, including hardware, software, and peripheral troubleshooting.
  • Deliver first-line IT support for employees globally, handling incidents and service requests.
  • Register, classify, and prioritize IT tickets, escalating to Level 2/3 support or external vendors as required.
  • Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 devices, Microsoft 365 applications, and mobile devices.
  • Manage user accounts and access in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Provide end-user support for Microsoft 365 cloud services, including Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and knowledge articles to support continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

Your profile is a natural match if you have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
  • Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Active Directory & Microsoft Entra ID
  • Microsoft 365 applications & services: Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online.
  • Endpoint management: Windows 10/11, Intune, basic macOS & mobile device support.
  • Fundamental knowledge of enterprise networking concepts and ability to troubleshoot connectivity and VPN issues.
  •  Advantages: Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM, PowerShell scripting, Group Policies, or client patch management.
