We are excited to introduce the role of NOC Engineer, a position within our team responsible for monitoring and maintaining the organization’s network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This role involves working closely with various IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve various network and IT issues promptly.

This position reports to the Global NOC Manager.



  • Network Monitoring: Continuously monitor network performance and health using advanced monitoring tools, identifying and responding to issues in real-time.
  • Incident Management: Respond to various network and IT incidents, diagnose problems, and implement solutions to restore normal operations quickly.
  • Troubleshooting: Perform root cause analysis on various network and IT issues, providing detailed documentation and reports on incidents and resolutions.
  • Network Maintenance: Execute routine network maintenance tasks, including firmware updates, hardware replacements, and configuration changes.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and incident logs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless operation and support of network services.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to internal users and support teams, addressing network-related inquiries and issues.
  • Compliance: Ensure network operations comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in network engineering or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline is desirable.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Strong knowledge of general networking concepts (TCP/IP, OSI, etc.) and IT principles.
    • Proficiency in LAN/WAN technologies, including SD-WAN/SASE.
    • Familiarity with standard network security practices.
    • Experience with enterprise wireless networks, specifically Cisco Wireless Controllers and Access Points.
    • Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish and English.
  • Certifications: CCNA certification or equivalent is desirable.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to company facilities as required (approximately 20% travel).

This position reports hierarchically to Global NOC Manager.
