JOB SUMMARY:

 

We are currently seeking SAP Expert to join our team and support the administration of our SAP systems including ECC, GRC and Solution Manager. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation and monitoring of these systems, manage user administration, and handle support requests efficiently.

This position reports to the Head of AI and IT Applications.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Basic Administration: Support the SAP team in the administration of SAP systems (ECC 6.0, SAP GRC, and Solution Manager).
  • Transport Management: Execute transports, user administration, and handle support requests, incidents, service requests, and changes in SAP Solution Manager.
  • System Analysis and Support: Ensure the analysis, support, and monitoring of SAP systems in consultation with service providers, along with documentation creation.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with SAP Basis service providers, the SAP team, and the IT infrastructure.
  • Change Management: Actively participate in change management by creating and processing rollout and process plans, documentation, and tests.
  • Authorization Management: Support the conception and implementation of SAP authorization management.
  • Project Participation: Contribute to the project team for the future transformation of the system landscape.
  • Integrative Collaboration: Collaborate in the administration and operation of connected systems and cloud integrations.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP basis administration, user administration and GRC experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, networking administration, information technology, or a similar field
  • Expertise of Solution Manager and SAP authorization systems.
  • Expertise of SAP ABAP
  • Experience as a consultant in SAP projects will be consider as an advantage
  • Fluent in English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Team player, motivated to help others and comfortable giving and receiving feedback
  • Flexible, resilient under pressure, and decisive, with a proven track record of delivering results to a high standard within tight deadlines

 

This position reports hierarchically to Head of AI and IT Applications.
