Job Summary:

A Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in finding the best talent to support the company's growth and success. She/he will work closely with managers across departments to develop a long-term recruiting strategy and ensure compliance with policies while delivering a positive candidate experience, reporting to the HR Manager in Armenia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's current and future staffing needs.
  • Create and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's long-term goals and hiring plans.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including resume screening, conducting interviews, and reference checks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action plans.
  • Enhance candidate experience through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Plan and participate in recruitment events, including career fairs and assessment centers.
  • Use data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and create reports.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with universities and local educational centers.
  • Stay up-to-date with talent acquisition trends, and develop and implement strategies to attract top talent.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to ensure a strong and consistent message is communicated to potential candidates.



Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in corporate or agency recruiting, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficient in documentation and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Excellent knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Travel to the Syunik region  is necessary and is expected for approximately 30% of the total working time.
