We are currently recruiting Communications and CSR Officer reporting to the Communications & CSR Manager. The position is situated at ContourGlobal Maritsa East 3 TPP, Mednikarovo, Bulgaria.




Communications and CSR Officer will support the Communications & CSR Manager in the following:


  • Maintain communication and CSR archive.
  • Support the preparation of cost budgets, analyses, projects, presentations and reports.
  • Organize or aids the organization of company events.
  • Create, update, and distribute content (both electronic and paper) targeted at the internal and external public as well as maintaining the communication channels of the company.
  • Coordinate the execution of projects and orders for communication materials.
  • Keep an eye on public opinion about the company or particular issues.
  • Supports the company’s efforts in implementing socially significant projects that help the local community in particular and develop public relations at large.
  • Offer and participates in the development of proposals for new projects in the fields of communication and social responsibility.
  • Develop and maintains good working relations all identified stakeholders: employees, institutions (local and national), media (local and national), business partners and suppliers, non-government organizations.
  • Perform ad-hoc activities.

  • University degree in Journalism, Mass communications, PR, philology, or another relevant Business subject.
  • Ability to summarize and simplify complex information and communicate it to different groups.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills including excellent command of English language.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office software knowledge and skills.
  • Organised person with excellent time management skills.
  • Team player who is eager to learn and grow.
  • Adaptable and openminded, proactive, open about issues and giving feedback.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the media (how it operates, types of media and which type of media to use for different purposes) will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience with programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be considered an advantage.



This position reports hierarchically to Communications & CSR Manager.
